OKLAHOMA CITY, Okla. – For the first time this season, one school has earned all first-place votes as Florida remains the No.1 team in the Nation according to the ESPN.com/USA Softball Collegiate Top 25 Pollannounced today by the Amateur Softball Association. Florida (42-3) is currently on an eight-game win streak in the SEC.
The Top 10 remained the same with No. 2 Stanford (35-4) holding its spot after going 1-2 this past weekend againsta nowNo. 14 California (28-12). UCLA (29-8) moved four spots this week to No.3, breaking the Top 5, after shutting out then-No. 3 Washington, 2-0 (11) and 10-0.
No. 23 Iowa (33-9) made its way into the Top 25 with a 4-0 week, outscoring opponents 25-2. Texas A&M (26-15) and Fresno State (26-17) fell out but did receive votes.
